My Name is Dylan Burns, I am a Kinesiologist, Personal trainer and Gamer, who has made it his mission in life to help gamers improve at the games they love while also improving themselves physically and mentally. I would like to help each and everyone one of you unlock your full potential and become the best version of yourself inside the game and in your everyday life.

But by taking care of yourself physically and stepping out of your comfort zone you can see a massive improvement in self confidence leading to a happier life and improvements in your gameplay as well!

Not only will working on your physical health lead to better performance in your everyday life, it will also help you perform better in game. Physical exercise and proper nutrition are linked to improvements in; Reaction time, eye hand coordination, mood, alertness, decision making, energy, while also helping to prevent injury. Gaming
A lot of people see gaming as a waste of time, and they aren't completely wrong. If all you do is sit and play video games all day everyday you are wasting your time, especially if your health is suffering from it. There is no excuse for being unhealthy due to a gaming addiction, even if you want to go pro you need to be exercising and taking care of yourself. If you are in good shape and have hobbies and a life outside of the gaming, then it will never be a waste of time, instead it will be a pastime you enjoying doing and there is nothing wrong with that. However you should never lose your life to a video game.
Mental Health
Gaming can be a great escape from reality and help us feel at peace and happy when things are going wrong. However if you only use gaming to mask your issues they will never go away and will lead to more sorrow down the road. By introducing exercise and proper nutrition into your life, you will see massive improvements in your mental health. Exercise releases endorphins that help you feel better, while nutrition fuels your body to also help you feel better. If you want to feel good and be the best version of yourself you need a balance between gaming and taking care of yourself.
